The cushion measures 16 × 13 × 2 in. Its blue gel grid has a continuous outer edge and an enclosed opening toward the back. Check for a flat, stable seat that fits the full cushion.

Will FormaGel fit my chair?
Measure a flat seat area at least 16 × 13 inches. Allow for two inches of extra sitting height and keep the chair stable. The non-slip base belongs on a suitable flat seat.
How is it different from foam?
FormaGel uses a responsive gel grid to spread pressure, open channels to let air move through, and an enclosed rear opening to give your tailbone space. Foam varies by model; compare its contour, height and care with your chair and preference.
Is a FormaGel cushion cover included?
The two- and four-cushion sets include one extra FormaGel cushion cover at no charge. The one-cushion set does not include a cover. You can also choose one paid cover per cushion at US$9.80 each; the bag shows the final count and total.
Can I move it between chairs?
Yes, when each seat is flat, stable and large enough. Recheck the two-inch added height at a desk or table. A cushion cannot fix a poorly fitting chair or replace back support.
How do I care for it?
Wipe the blue gel core with a damp cloth. If you add a FormaGel cushion cover, remove it and wash according to its care label.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, comfort preference, fit or firmness. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Read the returns and refunds policy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
